The Petaling Jaya Book Expo (PJBX) 2022 was inaugurated by YBrs. Mr. Mohamad Azhan bin Md Amir, Mayor of Petaling Jaya.

The Petaling Jaya Book Expo (PJBX) is one of the ‘signature events’ of PJ Learning City, held annually since 2019. PJBX is jointly organized by the Malaysian Book Publishers Association (MABOPA), which consistently collaborates with the council for this event.

This year, the Petaling Utama District Education Office has provided full cooperation and commitment, allowing schools to participate in various activity slots throughout PJBX.

Additionally, visitors have the opportunity to receive a RM10.00 voucher for purchases over RM20.00, allowing them to buy books at more affordable prices.

Ekspo Buku Petaling Jaya (PJBX) ini merupakan salah satu ‘signature event’ PJ Learning City yang diadakan setiap tahun sejak 2019. PJBX ini merupakan anjuran bersama Persatuan Penerbit Malaysia (MABOPA) yang sentiasa bersama-sama majlis bagi penganjuran PJBX ini.

Pada tahun ini Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Petaling Utama telah memberi kerjasama dan komitmen yang penuh dan memberi kebenaran kepada sekolah-sekolah untuk menyertai pelbagai slot aktiviti sepanjang PJBX. 

Selain itu, pengunjung juga berpeluang mendapatkan baucar RM10.00 bagi pembelian RM20.00 ke atas dan membeli buku dengan harga yang lebih murah.
