Menganjurkan program “PJ International Youth Leadership Camp” pada setiap tahun yang melibatkan penyertaan kanak-kanak dan remaja dari 7 buah bandar “Sister City” dengan tujuan membentuk kepimpinan dan kewibawaan generasi muda untuk menjadi pemimpin pada masa hadapan.
